Farhan Khodaee
Farhan earned his PhD in the Mechanical Engineering/Bioengineering program at MIT. He’s interested in understanding cell state transition and the genotype-phenotype relationship specifically in the context of vascular pathophysiology. He uses CRISPR-based perturbation, single-cell RNA-seq readout and machine learning algorithms to extract the underlying pattern of genetic network dynamic in health and disease. In this free he enjoys hiking, drawing, cooking and playing soccer.
