I am a master’s student at EPFL conducting my master’s thesis in the Edelman Lab. I am interested in using multi modal transformer based models of transcriptomic data to study biological processes such as cell differentiation, drug response and aging. Currently, I am researching how we can combine a scRNA foundation model and information geometry to derive novel insights in disease progression.
