Yiqing Liu

Yiqing is a postdoctoral associate conducting research within the area of coronary atherosclerotic lesion preparation, developing AI-based quantitative medical image processing tools to provide novel insights into the mechanisms of clinical interventional procedure. Her primary research interest is focused on developing computer vision techniques powered by deep learning for medical applications. Prior to joining Edelman Lab, Yiqing conducted research at National University of Singapore and University of Cambridge, where she worked on developing computer vision and machine learning algorithms for analyzing aerial imagery from drones and multi-sensor data fusion. Outside lab, Yiqing is an avid music lover and enjoys singing and playing the piano and guitar.
