Ramon grew up in Puerto Rico and completed his BS in Electrical Engineering from MIT and MD from Harvard Medical School, followed by residency at BWH and cardiology fellowship at MGH. He is now a interventional cardiology fellow at MGH. He returns to the Edelman Lab to model and study the biomechanics of transcatheter heart valves.
